My hard drive wasn’t recognised by OpenBrick-NG BIOS so I changed IDe cable but it wasn’t successful.

Did you try to plug your HDD on another machine ? Did you try to do a similar test with your IDE cable ? Maybe the problem is the HDD or the cable itself, not the OpenBrick.
